Solar Fire is what we call the open-source family of technologies that share certain design criteria. Namely, glass mirror reflectors, simple construction techniques, globally available construction materials, simple enough for a child to use.
The technology and its application are extremely flexible and scaleable once the concepts are learned.
I/we believe that Solar Fire is a missing link in the path to sustainable development, especially for the Sunbelt Poor.
